Return Policy

Purchased items can be returned and eventually refunded, subject to the following terms and conditions ;

A request notification to return a purchased item must be submitted via e-mail at shop@curtisvaletti.com (or by completing our online contact form) within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent out to your attention with instructions to facilitate the return of the merchandise.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale merchandise is final sale and will not be accepted for return.

Merchandise that has been altered (incl. sizing), engraved or special-ordered will not be eligible for return.

Any merchandise that is determined to be eligible for return must be returned within eight (8) days of Curtis & Valetti having confirmed your written request to return the said merchandise. Furthermore, any returned item must be returned in its original packaging together with the Certificate of Evaluation and proof of purchase. Failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return and Curtis & Valetti will not assume responsibility for reimbursement.

Upon receiving your return, the item(s) will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. All items must be returned in mint condition ; damaged items, including but not limited to scratched items and items with missing gemstones or parts, will not be approved for refund.

Similarly, items which have been worn or display signs of wear will not qualify for a refund.

You will be advised once the returned merchandise is accepted for return and your refund should be processed within fourteen (14) business days.

In the event the returned merchandise is deemed not acceptable for return, you will be informed accordingly and your item(s) will be shipped back to you at your own expense.

Please note that Curtis & Valetti is not responsible for any cost and risk associated with returning the merchandise. All costs and risks associated with returning the merchandise shall be borne by the purchaser. Curtis & Valetti does not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged items in transit. It is generally recommended all items be returned using the same trackable shipping method as for the original delivery. In respect to international return shipments (incl. USA), Curtis & Valetti will only accept return shipments carried out by FedEx Express.
